• Measure the quantity of fuel in the tank prior to closing. Depending on the time of year, you may need to be filled right away, or you may be able to wait for a little while.
• Perform an efficiency evaluation of the heating or cooling system. The age of the system and how well it has been maintained will determine how efficient your heating system is. We'll be able to tell you about its future performance, or if it needs a tune-up.
